“Winter takes a toll on your hair. I always use a heat protectant before blow drying a client. Kerastase’s Ciment Thermique (reconstructive), Nectar Thermique (nourishing for dry hair), or Chroma Thermique (an anti-fading milk for color-treated hair and my favorite) will leave your hair conditioned and radiantly smooth.”

The side braid comes in handy for ladies with long locks of hair who may want to try a new, quick and easy hairstyle for the day. Perfect for running errands (and event cocktail events if you like a risk), the side tail can be chic, romantic and casual all at the same time. It’s best to create the look on second-day hair, as your hair’s natural oils will help style the look.
To begin, curl sections of your hair with a medium-barrell to large-barrell curling iron for loose waves, and then shake out hair to loosen the hair. Start braiding your hair and once you’re finished, make sure to tease your hair in random places for that messy, undone look. Spray with some light hair spray and you’re ready to conquer your day (or night)!
